I posted the following to my social media feeds (X, Mastodon, Substack, and LinkedIn):
I posted the following comment to a LinkedIn discussion about the CSB 2nd update for the Bio-Lab incident investigation: “This is a scary read. Do NOT overlook the discussion about the construction of the warehouse and how it lead to the collapse of the building. Oh, and everyone forgetting the NCl3 decomposition byproduct. This is a 'low-explosive' but it still increases the decomposition threat. And one final note, CSB identified the same deterioration of the brass sprinklers in the 'backup' warehouses being used to store the 'rescued' TCCA.”
I posted the following comment to a LinkedIn discussion about a major chemical incident in China: “Remember the Chinese accident investigations are a much bigger (politically) deal than a CSB chemical incident investigation. They take much less time to complete and the 'responsible' people frequently face death sentences.”
