I posted the following comment to a discussion on Mastodon about yesterday’s TSA information collection request for their pipeline security program: “I frequently cover these ICR notices in my blog, and even comment on them from time to time. The disappointing thing is that OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) routinely rubber stamps these requests unless industry raises objections. Comments are important.”
